Q: Is the electric unicycle (EUC) difficult to learn?

No! This question comes up a lot and we insist that in two to three hours, anyone is able to ride one. It's like learning to ride a bike. Here is a video that will answer many of the questions you may have about the electric unicycle. What is an electric unicycle?

Q: How long does it take to learn the EUC?

2 hours on average. Less than 30 minutes for the most skilled persons.

Q: What protection should I wear to be safe?

When riding an electric unicycle, we recommend that you wear at least a bicycle helmet and wrist guards. Depending on the model and your riding style, a mountain bike helmet, elbow pads, knee pads and chest protectors can also be recommended.

When riding an electric scooter, a bicycle helmet is enough.

Q: Is an electric scooter or unicycle dangerous?

No. You must be vigilant and have good control of the electric unicycle before riding on public roads. To increase your visibility, you can add a headlamp on your helmet but all electric unicycles and scooters are equipped with headlights and rear lights.

Q: Am I allowed to ride on the street?

Depending on the city where you ride, there are tolerances to riding an electric unicycle or scooter. This is a grey area in the legislation. We are waiting for the officialization in 2022.

Q: How long does the delivery take?

For our urban customers in the province of Quebec, the delivery time is between 2 to 3 business days. For other provinces in Canada, it varies between 3 and 6 business days. We ship our orders with Fedex®.

Q: What are the warranties on your electric scooters and unicycles?

There is a 1 year guarantee for all our electric scooters and unicycles. Batteries are guaranteed 6 months. We invite you to consult our return policy.

Q: Are there any discussion and support groups for electric unicycles?

We have created a community group on Facebook for electric unicycle users in Quebec. You can also join our Lounge Discord to share information and get the latest news from our store.

Q: Is delivery available in all of Canada?

Yes, we deliver everywhere in Canada. Shipping is free in Quebec. Since Quebec taxes are not applicable for other provinces, it can be advantageous to order on even if you live in Ontario or British Columbia.

Q: How do I choose an electric unicycle?

A: To choose an electric unicycle, you must know what you want to use it for: functional, recreational or both. Q: Can we change the tire easily on an electric scooter?

It is possible to replace the tire by yourself, we provide the spare parts on our online store if you need a tire or tube. Here is a video explanation of how to replace a tire. We also offer this service if you prefer.

Q: If my electric scooter or gyro is broken, where can I get it repaired?
